Akrapovic Ducati Monster 821 (14-16) Slip-On System
This slip-on system is designed as a basic first step towards improving the exhaust note of your motorcycle as well as adding some well needed power. Slip-on exhausts generally do not replace OE emission control devices and are generally more road-friendly – but check local laws to be certain. Using a separate fuel controller, such as a Power Commander V, is a recommended (but generally not required) option when installing a slip-on exhaust system on your motorcycle. Akrapovic makes what many consider to be the best motorcycle exhaust for the Monster 821. Weight savings over the stock exhaust is 8.6lbs and an increase of 3.3ft-lb torque at 6150rpm and a 2.4hp increase at 8650rpm can be seen.
