Akrapovic Ducati Multistrada 1200 (15-17) Slip-On System
This slip-on system is designed as a basic first step towards improving the exhaust note of your motorcycle as well as adding some well needed power. Slip-on exhausts generally do not replace OE emission control devices and are generally more road-friendly – but check local laws to be certain. Using a separate fuel controller, such as a Power Commander V, is a recommended (but generally not required) option when installing a slip-on exhaust system on your motorcycle. Akrapovic makes what many consider to be the best motorcycle exhaust for the Multistrada 1200. Weight savings over the stock exhaust is 3.4lbs (Stainless/Titanium/Carbon) and an increase of 0.7ft-lb torque at 6880rpm and a 0.7hp increase at 9750rpm, 1.6lbs (Titanium/Titanium/Carbon) and an increase of 0.9ft-lb torque at 6900rpm and a 1.2hp increase at 8650rpm can be seen.
